Specifications for Bids & Proposals may be examined and obtained at the Purchasing Division Office, Room 234, One Government Center, Fall River, Massachusetts, 02722, between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. up until 11:00 a.m. of the Submission Date.
The City of Fall River has established a policy to extend contract opportunities to Minority/Women Businesses. Minority/Women Business Enterprises are encouraged to participate.Current Bids
Contracts of $50,000 or more Purchasing conducts a formal advertised competition using sealed bids for proposals. In a bid competition, the contract is awarded to the qualified bidder who meets the specifications and offers the best price. (M.G.L. c. 30B, 6).
The City of Fall River reserves the right to accept or reject any bid when doing so is deemed to be in the best interest of the City of Fall River.
