Removal of Live Trees

Residents requesting the City of Fall River Tree Division to remove a city tree that is currently alive and well are required to petition the Board of Park Commissioners to grant the City’s Tree Division permission to remove the tree. A resident can request removal by letter with an explanation for removal and any relevant documentation. Examples of relevant documentation can include photographs of tree in question, paid invoices for repairs to plumbing damaged by tree in question, etc.
